Money Order, Bank Draft, Certified Check:
Orders are shipped as soon as possible upon receipt of your payment. Please do not send Cash. We offer discounts on all prepaid orders. Cash in Advance Discounted Price is in the left price column, all other payment method prices are in the right column.
C.O.D.
There will be a $9.00 fee per order. Use your credit card for fast “to your door” delivery and save the COD fee. Save money with prepaid orders instead of shipping COD. NOTE: UPS no longer accepts COD CASH. All COD shipments will be for Money Orders or Certified Checks Only.

Customers are responsible for freight charges on Complete Engines, frames,
tires, transmissions,
Dart set ups and weights. Please call us for shipping charges on these items.
How to Make a Return
If you are not completely satisfied, return the new/unused item in the original box prepaid within 30 days with a copy of the invoice for a refund/exchange.

No COD or freight collect shipments will be accepted. Credit will be issued for merchandise only - no refunds on handling/shipping charges. Sorry, NO RETURN ON MOUNTED WHEELS. There is a 10% RESTOCKING FEE on all returned merchandise-NO EXCEPTIONS.
Warranty: The warranty from the various manufacturers differ and all claims will be handled by the manufacturer of the item in question. Since these are high performance parts under extreme use conditions, there is no warranty on most parts. If there is a problem call us first.

MSC shall not under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of property or equipment, loss profits or revenue, cost of purchased which may arise and/or result from the sale, installation or use of these parts. MSC reserves the right to make product improvements or changes without notice and without incurring liability with respect to similar products previously manufactured. These parts are designed primarily for garden tractor pulling uses.
Sales Tax: Applicable 7% sales tax is collected on sales in IA. If the parts are for resale a sales tax permit number is required for IA purchases.
